Աշխատանքի նկարագրություն` Job responsibilities – Define audit objectives and prepare audit plans – Complete on-site business audits, evaluate the effectiveness of controls and writing up reports – Interviewing business teams about working practices and business processes – Challenging current working practices and find ways to improve internal risk controls – Collect and review financial accounts and other data – Proactively evaluate risks and internal controls against changing trends and market/economic conditions – Sharing with the auditees the results of the audit and agree appropriate corrective actions to remedy any non-conformances and the date by which the actions should be carried out – Reviewing compliance, ensuring the organization is adhering to rules, codes or practice, business ethics, internal guidelines and principles – Identify ways in which the organization can deliver better value for money and service Required qualification and competences – Not less than 3 years of Auditing experience in managerial positions – Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics/Finance – Excellent written and verbal communication skills of Armenian, English and Russian languages – Confident and professional manner – Knowledge of Accountancy and Financial business processes and reporting standards, including IFRS – Strong managerial and leadership skills – Description, design and reengineering of business processes – Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner – Analytical skills
