1. If my company is buying Armenian products with VAT from Armenian company and when my company exports those products, how is the procedure to ask the VAT back (which I have paid)?

1 the procedure for VAT refund (which you paid) is as follows, you must be a VAT payer in Armenia by status, or a turnover tax payer, your partner or seller must electronically provide you with an invoice without VAT established by law, you must submit an application to the tax service electronically using the electronic reports program, according to a simplified the maximum VAT refund threshold is 40 million drams per month,
2. How long will it take to return the VAT? maximum 1 month if the VAT refund threshold is up to 40 million drams,
